NOSE:
Intense nose with vibrant dark fruit aromas such as blackberry, black plum and black cherry. The influence of new French oak is evident with vanilla, toasted coconut, and smoky spices like clove and cinnamon, which add complexity and structure. As the wine opens up, there’s likely to be an earthy character emerging from the old vines, with subtle notes of graphite, wet stone or mineral elements typical of Priorat’s terroir.

PALATE:
Full-bodied, with a dense texture and a rich mouthfeel, characteristic of the Carinyena grape and the oak aging. Despite its boldness, the wine retains an undercurrent of elegance, with its youthful freshness balancing the structure.
