NOSE:
A burst of fresh red and black fruit—think ripe cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and possiblya hint of plum. The French oak aging adds layers of subtle complexity, with aromas of vanilla, toasted almond, and cinnamon.

PALATE:
Medium to full-bodied, with a rounded, textured mouthfeel from both the fruit richness and the oak influence. The 8-month aging in French oak gives the wine a nice balance of smoothness while maintaining a youthful vibrancy. On the palate, expect juicy red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and dark berries (blackberries, black currants). The oak imparts a touch of dried fruit – possibly a hint of fig or black plum – adding depth. Medium tannins that are soft yet present, offering a nice framework for the fruit and oak flavours. The tannins are well-integrated and contribute to the wine’s elegant mouthfeel without being too astringent.
