The wine globe aging preserves a fresh fruit profile while contributing subtle earthy undertones, herbal nuances (sage, lavender), and a touch of graphite.

PALATE:
Medium to full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and polished tannins. The palate is dominated by juicy black fruit flavours — black cherry, boysenberry, and blueberry compote — with a savory core. A unique textural elegance, with minimal oak influence, allowing the purity of fruit and natural tannin structure to shine. Hints of olive tapenade, dark chocolate, and peppercorn emerge mid-palate, adding layers of complexity.
