NOSE:

Hints of fresh herbs, such as thyme and bay leaf add complexity, along with a touch of mocha and cedar.

PALATE:
Medium to full-bodied with a velvety texture, thanks to its moderate aging in French oak. Bright red fruit flavours dominate, with juicy redcurrant, cherry, and a hint of wild strawberry. The oak imparts subtle notes of spice, chocolate, and a delicate smokiness, enhancing the wine’s structure without overpowering the primary fruit. Well-integrated tannins, with refreshing acidity that balances the richness of the fruit. Finishes long and elegant, with lingering notes of red berries, a hint of vanilla, and a touch of minerality typical of Priorat.
