NOSE:
A burst of fresh red and black fruit—think ripe cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and possibly
a hint of plum. The French oak aging adds layers of subtle complexity, with aromas of vanilla, toasted almond, and cinnamon.

PALATE:
Medium to full-bodied, with a rounded, textured mouthfeel from both the fruit richness and the oak influence. The 8-month aging in French oak gives the wine a nice balance of smoothness while maintaining a youthful vibrancy. On the palate, expect juicy red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and dark berries (blackberries, black currants). The oak imparts a touch of dried fruit – possibly a hint of fig or black plum – adding depth. Medium tannins that are soft yet present, offering a nice framework for the fruit and oak flavours. The tannins are well-integrated and contribute to the wine’s elegant mouthfeel without being too astringent.
