NOSE:
Rich and expressive nose with layers of dark and
red fruits such as ripe cherry, blackberries, and plum. Notes of sweet spices like vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, imparted by the French oak aging. Underlying earthy tones with hints of dried herbs (rosemary, thyme), crushed stone, and a touch of tobacco.

PALATE:
Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and well-integrated tannins, showcasing the wine’s structure and depth. Flavours of ripe black cherry, blackcurrant, and raspberry compote, accompanied by secondary notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and toast from the oak. Balanced acidity that lifts the fruit and adds freshness to the finish, with lingering notes of baking spices and a hint of balsamic.
