NOSE:
Medium intensity wine on nose. Appears an intense bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberries, plums and ripe black cherries, with subtle notes of cassis, characteristic from Cabernet Sauvignon. There is a touch of Mediterranian herbs (rosemary and thyme) adding a regional signature. The oak influence is gently integrated, lending hints of vanilla, toasted almonds and a light smokiness.

PALATE:
This wine is a well-crafted blend, showcasing the potential of Priorat’s Terroir with a harmonious balance of fruit, oak and minerality. It’s approachable now but will benefit from additional aging.
